Diabetes and You

 

Every year, only 1 million of the more than 34 million US adults with diabetes receive Diabetes self-management education and support (DSMES) services, according to CDC’s National Diabetes Report Card. DSMES services urgently needed a cohesive and recognizable brand identity — including a new, more approachable name — that communicates in a compelling voice, resonates with people with diabetes and supports the health care providers and diabetes care and education specialists advising them.
