Public Health Action Guides

 

Social determinants of health — the conditions in the places where we live — have a dramatic impact on public health. The CDC Foundation needed a smart, engaging and accessible micro brand for a series of infographic-focused guides aimed at clarifying and rallying community action around key topics. The guides detail challenges and action steps to address barriers around public transportation, as well as the largely unknown and underused — but potentially highly impactful — Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC).

The brand identity served as the foundation for future social media graphics, animated videos and collateral.
